So if you don't want to procrastinate, procrastinate procrastinate now. You will be procrastinating on this task for the next month.
Now, you might be thinking, what is this NewDay - Procrastinate no more? How do you procrastinate no more? Well, this app is for you. This app will help you in getting your tasks done on time.
To help you with this, we have two-fold.
The first is to provide a tool to fight procrastination and start working on a task.
The second is to make task execution more mindful by using the Pomodoro technique and making goal setting a part of work flow.
We start with describing the task. We then understand our emotional state. We then identify the underlying thoughts that cause the unpleasant emotions associated with procrastination.
